Selection of the ‘Burghs‘
The wines are named with the burghs of Roveredo in Piano to symbolize a link with the territory, even stronger, even more valuable:
the Puart a Sauvignon with a thousand shades;
the Codes, a particular selection of Traminer, from the small cluster of yellow copper red colour and spicy flavor.
‘Puart’ Sauvignon
The color is pale yellow-green, very intense aroma with clear notes of fig and pepper. The taste is full-bodied, dry and velvety.
Great for appetizers, fish and roasts and dishes based on eggs.

Product with Traminer Aromatico grapes carefully selected and thinned out in the plant at harvest.
After vinification, the wine remains in contact with the lees to enhance the body and sharpen the scent.
After about six months the wine is bottled and left to rest for at least three months in bottle before release.
From the small cluster of yellow copper red, it tastes spicy, with aromas of withered rose. Intense aroma with hints of fig jam, spices like cinnamon and ginger.
Made with the addition of selected yeasts fits, unlike other white wines, for a prolonged aging also.
