Merlot is the most consumed red wine of the Friuli Region.
Our Merlot is Ruby red in colour, and is produced in two versions 11% and 12% by Vol.
The first is delicate light with a sweet vein.
The second version is much more robust and dryer.
Both my be served with roasted meats, fried foods, as well as fine Italian pasta dishes.
Merlot is recommended to be served at a temperature between 64,40°-68,00°F. to enjoy its full body.
Merlot may be conserved for up to 3 years when kept in a cool dry place away from light.
